Background Papers

The 2018 Global Council program was built around several key topics:

  1. Global Strategic Plan
  2. Conformance with the Standards
  3. Global Certification Strategy
  4. Global Initiatives and Projects

The Background Papers provides general background about each of these topics for Affiliates to review and discuss with Board Members prior to completing the advance Polling Questions (to be completed via a survey between 2–19 January 2018) and to be debated by Affiliate representatives during the Breakout Discussion Sessions at Global Council in February.
