​CCMS Single Sign On

The IIA is pleased to announce the upcoming implementation of Single Sign On (SSO) technology to better serve and enhance the experience of certification program participants, members, and customers.

With the implementation of SSO technology, CCMS users will need only one set of credentials to access IIA websites and the Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS). To help you prepare, we have developed information to answer your questions and instructions to assist you with the process.

The following table explains what actions customers/members should take based on their individual situation:
