Possible Error Messages
  •   Document is required

    ​​You did not select a document before clicking the Submit or Submit & Add New button. Please be certain that you have selected the document you plan to transmit and it is either a .PDF or .TIF file type.

  •   The information provided is not valid

    ​For security reasons, we validate the information you provide us against our membership/customer database. Some of your required login information did not match with what we show in the system. To proceed with your upload, please review the identification information you provided for accuracy: first name, last name, e-mail, and ID number. The information you enter must match the information contained in your database record. To check the information in your database record, click here to review or update this information.

  •   What do I do if I cannot remember my Customer/Candidate ID number?

    To locate your Customer/Candidate ID number, click here for instructions. Please remember that your Customer Number will be the same as your Candidate ID Number that you use to access the Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS).

  •   Acceptable formats are: pdf,tif

    ​​The file type you are trying to upload is not an acceptable format. Please be sure the file you are trying to transmit is either .PDF or .TIF.

  •   Provided Certification Document type is incorrect. Please contact administrator.

    ​​The document type you selected in the drop-down menu does not match the certification type you selected. Please select the correct certification type for the document you are trying to upload. If you are unable to proceed after selecting the correct documents and need assistance, please log into your record in the Certificate Candidate Management System (CCMS) and log an incident

  •   Contact Administrator Error Message

    ​During periods of high demand, the Document Upload Portal may not perform as intended. If this is the case, a “Contact Administrator” message will appear. If you receive this message, please submit an incident in CCMS, contact a Customer Relations team member at +1-407-937-1111 (long distance for international callers) weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, or send an email to Customerrelations@theiia.org.
