Malaysia — IIA–Malaysia President Philip Rao continues to stress the importance of the internal audit function in Malaysian companies and how IIA–Malaysia is a vital partner and advocate for the internal audit profession. “With IIAM as the preferred professional body for internal auditors," said Rao in a recent interview, "the stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, board members, employees, regulators and institutional investors, will have greater comfort in the capability and quality standards of the profession.” Continue reading his position in this article on the Malaysian Digest website.
